Leftover Recipe | Cheesy Tuna Omelette

Figuring out what to cook is one of the hardest decisions for me. Is it funny to say that I am happy whenever there's leftover from dinner? Yes! I am, because that means instant breakfast! You just have to think of ways on how to make that dish seems different from last night's meal.

So for today's recipe, I am sharing with you one of my favorite leftover dish.

Ingredients

  • Leftover corned tuna
  • 2 medium eggs
  • Quickmelt cheese, amount depends on how much you love cheese!
  • 1/2 cup of milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs and milk. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. When the butter is hot enough, pour in the eggs. Don't stir and let the eggs cook until the bottom starts to set.
  4. Add your leftover tuna and cheese.
  5. Gently flip the edge of the egg across and over. Wait for the cheese to melt.
  6. Serve in a plate and sprinkle with dried basil. Yes, I love dried basil!

You can also use leftover cornedbeef for this recipe or add some mushrooms. It's up to you! Enjoy!
