I've always been afraid of cooking fish. It's because takot akong matalsikan ng mantika! So I'm gonna start cooking fish using the easiest to prepare, Cream Dory. Cream Dory is very accessible ingredient in the supermarket, usually filleted and frozen or thawed. The most common dish for Dory is pan-fried or steamed with sauce.
I was afraid it would be very malansa. But Jay and one of my officemates approved its taste! So here we go!
